BC&T exists because businesses rarely need only a study, or only a funding application. They need someone who understands the business, the numbers, the funding instruments and what actually happens during delivery — at the same time.
The company was established in Corfu in 2018. Its founders, shareholders and collaborating professionals bring more than 20 years of experience in specialised advisory services, working with private businesses and with public-sector organisations alike.
That combination is not common. The private side teaches how decisions get made when the money is your own: quickly, and with returns as the first question. The public side teaches how funding instruments work from the inside — what an evaluator looks for, what survives audit, and where projects are lost.
BC&T brings together business strategy, investment funding, project management, digital transformation and sustainable investment. The approach is pragmatic and tailored: every business has different financials, a different risk appetite and a different amount of time.
Headquartered in Corfu, with real familiarity with the business environment of the Ionian Islands, we support investment and development projects across the region and throughout Greece.

We do not propose a solution before we understand the financials. A recommendation without evidence behind it is an opinion.

Realism over optimism
A plan built on optimistic assumptions passes the internal conversation easily and the evaluation with difficulty. We would rather have the hard conversation early.

Accountable to completion
A project does not end at submission, and it does not end at approval. It ends when it has been delivered and paid.

Confidentiality
We do not name clients and we do not publish details of their projects. The figures we present are aggregate.
