Last updated:
Nature of the content
The content of this website is informational. It describes BC&T’s services and experience. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax or accounting advice and cannot substitute for an individual professional assessment.
Contacting us through the form or by email does not in itself create an advisory relationship. Such a relationship requires a written agreement.
Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to keep the content accurate and current. The terms of funding programmes, however, change frequently. No reference to a programme or financing instrument constitutes a confirmation of eligibility, availability or approval.
Portfolio figures are presented in aggregate and refer to the total investment budgets of the projects supported.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, marks and structure — belongs to BC&T or is used under licence. Reading and reasonable citation with attribution are permitted. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is not.
Third-party links
This website may link to third-party websites. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BC&T is not liable for loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, nor for decisions taken solely on the basis of its content without an individual assessment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Corfu have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of consumer law.
